This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We will learn from first hand accounts of what took place during the Holocaust. Using Elie Wiesel's book Night, we will examine how millions were impacted by Nazi control.
This book will add to our classroom library and we will have discussions relating to the historical timeline of the Holocaust.
This book will be read in class and at home. Human rights violations have occurred in many areas of the world and this book will help students better understand how millions of lives were changed. Learning about the Holocaust is important in combatting intolerance.
