This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This Donors Choose grant is for colorful filament for the 3D printer in the art room. Students have been printing a project every other week. That is 6 classes with 37 students. We are running out of filament and just have the basic colors, nothing exciting.The filaments in the grant are bright, exciting colors for students to see their 3D modeling [rpkects came to life when they are printed with the classroom 3D printer that is always going.

Students are so lucky to have this new media in the art culliculum and they pick up 3D modeling quickly as-digital natives.
