My Project

This group of 3rd graders has shown amazing resiliency and growth through an usual start to the school year. After the first 6 weeks of school, a new classroom was added, and this group of learners transitioned into a new classroom, with new rules, and a new teacher. Even with all that change, these 3rd graders have done an amazing job settling in and showing that they know how to be learners.

They have been amazing advocates for themselves, requesting tools to help them stay organized and focused during the day.

Working headphones are a huge ask for the students that strain to hear directions on their iPads during technology time. A classroom mailbox would be a great tool for those who have trouble keeping their completed work organized. A calendar and schedules that are big and bold to catch attention will help all stay focused on daily tasks as well as upcoming events. These supplies will help all students practice organization skills that will follow them through their education and into their future careers.
