My Students

My classroom is a fun place with 17 beautiful angels, in a typical day we have fun, learning a lot in all sort of silly ways. I would like my children to be able to write their names and develop a love of reading by the end of the school year. I am teaching my babies for life".

My children are wide eyed, eager and curious to learn.

They are fearless and like to try things. Most are chatty and love to share their stories that I love to listen to. It is a joy to see them discover and accomplished various tasks. We are a new Pre-K program in New York City that is trying to find it's footing. In order to make bold steps we require your help in acquiring some materials, these will help to enhance our thriving learning community. Presently, we need legos and puzzles for three years and older ( 3+).

My Project

My children will use the puzzles in small groups at Choice Time on a rug. They will learn to work in teams, take turns, learn the number and alphabet skills, improve their language skill and they play and use these puzzles. The legos will be used as a table top or rug activity. The children will learn to create items using their imaginations, they work as individuals or teams sharing ideas about what to create, they will learn to listen to each other and give reasons justifying what they want to create. The Lots to Love babies will give the children a chance to learn to take care of the babies and this will teach them to take care of themselves and each other. These babies will help the with pretend play and switching roles from being mommy, daddy or a older siblings. The lacing toys will help children improve their fine motor skills which will help with writing later on. These materials will really improve the lives of my children.

These materials will help my children play and learn in a comfortable environment, with age appropriate toys that will foster their total development and help make them ready for the future.

They will be able to master much needed skills that will help to set them on the path to true success.
