My Project

Learning Math Without Tears is crucial for the foundation of early childhood learning experience. For example, the students are going to use the whiteboards and manipulators to solve math problems. They will work in small groups or whole groups to discuss and share their findings.

The goal of my project is to create a comfy math rich classroom where students discuss and protect their math solution and how they come to that conclusion as their final answer.

Research showed that when children learn math without frustration, it boosts their critical mathematical skills. Thus project their math success as they are moving up to higher grade and college. It helps them to be creative and like to investigate complex educational activities.

My students are special because I have newcomers, students who are in low-low socioeconomic, raised by their grandparents, in foster homes, and single-parent. I would like to give them a better chance to strive in life!
