My Students

At my school, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, we have a range of students that are on a multitude of levels and abilities. These students participate in the Reading Trailblazers program that pushes and motivates them to reach their reading goals each and every day. These students come to school knowing school will be exciting and that this school is a safe place for them to achieve their goals.

My Project

At our school, we want to have the ability to reward students for their hard work instantly, and we are creating a "game room" that will provide this opportunity. By having a place that is exciting and fun, students will be more motivated to work and reap the rewards of their perseverance in reading and math! We believe that by having this room ready to go, we can motivate students to work hard so that they can go into the "game room" and have fun! We can also add random reinforcement to students' day and help them find the joy in working hard!
