This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This brand new school year, not only would I love to offer my students an organized classroom. I want to gift them the chance of learning with colorful school supplies such as the index cards, time management skills with the timers, access to colorful worksheets with the printing paper, two chairs to gift students turn sitting in different classroom space! As a Dual Language and Spanish Teacher a welcoming and colorful environment truly inspires students to do better and be better. Many come from low-income families. Their learning space is important! With your help my students will be able to have access to these amazing supplies and snacks of course.
Many of my students are new language learners for either Spanish or English.
All items for the classroom are for the use of students. With my upcoming 8th graders they'll enjoy their last year in the school with a new and improves classroom. My 7th grades will get the opportunity to learn new skills and use them next year. For my new coming 6th graders, they will get to use all these great materials in class!
As a teacher who loops with her students, knowing their stories and the wonderful strong families they come from are my motivation to seek your help! The common phrase of "it takes a village" couldn't be more true for all my students. I thank you for just taking the time to read this and giving my students classroom the chance to be inspiring. Help me show them that there are people who want them to have a brighter future! And, yessss a brighter future through school supplies and snacks!
