My Students

The students must pay for printing in the media center at school. In our current economic crises, many do not have the money for printing.

The student population that I am working with are living in extreme poverty.

Many of these students can not afford to print or can only print in black and white. This gives them an unfair playing field. Projects always look better in color and the color project usually get higher grades. This printer would allow the use of the netbooks and personal laptops to print wirelessly to this printer.

My Project

This one printer will allow many of my senior students to apply for more scholarships from my classroom. Many of these students will not go to college because they do not have the money or the resources to get the money for school. I am asking for you all to help me open doors for these students.

This project is so important.

This will allow me to give more students the level playing field that they need to break themselves out of poverty. I am also always working with community service with these students. My hope is that many of them will give back to the poverty ridden communities that they come from.
