This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are creative, curious, and eager to explore new ways of learning. They thrive when given hands-on opportunities to bring their ideas to life, and I want to provide them with the tools to take their creativity to the next level. With the xTool F1 Portable Laser Engraver, they will have the chance to design, personalize, and create unique projects, combining art, technology, and innovation.

This laser engraver will open doors to STEM learning, entrepreneurship, and career exploration.

Students will be able to engrave on wood, metal, leather, and other materials, helping them understand precision design, problem-solving, and the possibilities of small-scale manufacturing. Whether they are personalizing keychains, creating custom signs, or exploring product design, this tool will provide real-world learning experiences that go beyond the traditional classroom.

My goal with this project is to inspire students to become creators, innovators, and entrepreneurs. Many of my students have an interest in design and technology but lack access to professional-grade tools to bring their visions to life. With this resource, they can develop technical skills, explore new career pathways, and even create projects that could lead to future business opportunities.

My students are special because they are full of ideas and ambition, and I want to equip them with the resources to turn their creativity into something tangible. With your support, they will gain valuable experience in design, production, and innovation, setting them up for success in their futures!
