My Students

I teach an amazing group of first graders in Los Angeles. My school is a higher poverty level but there is no limit on learning with the right resources. We are a great multicultural family that loves to learn. Many of my students speak another language other than English at home.

My Project

My students are working on learning how to research. We will be making our classroom book of wild animals that each student researches. Right now, students have limited access to resources such as technology in our class. Our current class laptops are very old and slow. I have requested for an Apple MacBook Air so we can work on this memorable project. This laptop will help me provide up to date technology where students can research and print their findings.
