Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Exploration is key to students and their learning, and history is sometimes boring for a student to understand. A new laptop will enable my students to become more well versed in Excel and Financial Literacy topics.

They are active learners who want to explore issues that are important to them and their lives.

They want to learn how to use Excel and become well versed in financial topics. With a new laptop and our existing Smartboard, my students can present different topics in financial literacy to their classmates.

My Project

A donation to this project will bring my students one step closer to understanding how to use Excel and do financial literacy research. They will learn in Economics about inflation and the stock market, then we will make presentations which will be shown using the laptop.

Schools are unable to fund small items like this because so much has been taken out of their operating costs.

Your contributions will afford my students an opportunity to become citizen journalists as well as historians. Help make the difference!
