Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work with a large culturally and linguistically diverse group of amazing learners, which includes TK-2nd grade levels. Our classroom environment is warm, welcoming, and student-friendly. My students are an amazing group of individuals with various abilities. Our classroom is full of students who are ready to learn and put forth great effort.

These weighted lap pads will provide a soothing relaxing experience while they are in class.

Students will feel the gentle embrace as it rests comfortably on their lap, providing a sense of calm and tranquility. These weighted lap pads will help them stay relaxed. It will help improve our student's performance by providing sensory input to allow them to focus during the lessons.

The fidget tools will be used during breaks. Students can squeeze, stretch, squish, and watch these fidgets return to its original shape. It will help students relax and find tranquility.
