My Students

I am a Kindergarten teacher of 18 very eager learners. They are beautiful students in every aspect of the word. Although their socio-economic backgrounds define them as high poverty, living in a crime saddled urban setting, my students are still excited to learn. They love to question. They love to explore everything. To each and every one of my students, it is still an amazing world. It is a world waiting for them to discover every nook and corner. Their smiles are contagious. Their hugs are given freely.

As their classroom teacher, I strive to create a learning environment steeped in structure and organization yet, warm and engaging.

I want to create a learning environment that would give us more time to create lasting memories of great lessons and creative adventures!

My Project

The laminating kit will enable me to create and preserve materials that I will use through out the school year. Whether it be laminated letters, numbers, names, classroom labels, seasonal arts and crafts projects that students can share with their families and friends.

The laminator kit will also help extend the usefulness of printed practice writing materials and reading booklets by making them more durable.

As a teacher, having my own classroom laminating machine will save me precious time as it will allow me to work on projects anytime and anywhere. It is a valuable resource to have on hand.
