Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an enthusiastic special education teacher, I am dedicated to creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for my students.

Utilizing visual aids and hands-on activities is crucial in fostering a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts.

We are requesting more ink cartridges to print lessons and activities in color.

With this project, you will directly help enhance the quality of education for my students, allowing me to print and laminate vibrant math games (using Uno cards!). My students will practice place value, addition and subtraction, along with multiplication, using uno cards to help with their understanding of number sense. They will engage in games like "Flip It!" where they'll add numbers 0-10 to practice their basic facts, as well as "Place Value War" where they'll make 2 and 3-digit numbers.

Your support will have a lasting impact on the educational journey of these young minds, instilling a love for mathematics that will benefit them in the years to come. Thank you for considering this request and for your commitment to the success of our students.
