Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Help us organize our library! The baskets in our library have been well loved and are now in desperate need of replacement.

The students in my 3rd grade class are hard working and eager to learn.

Many of them are struggling to learn the language, while at the same time learning the 3rd grade curriculum. This can be a very daunting task for 8 year olds. The school is also made up primarily of ESL students who speak English as their second language. My school has a positive and encouraging atmosphere and puts their students first.

My Project

With these colorful, plastic, heavy duty bins, students will be able to easily access the books necessary to practice their reading skills. They will also add a pop of color to the classroom which will create a more positive classroom environment and promote positive thinking.

Students need a chance to be the best they can be.

If we give them the tools in order to achieve this, they will be able to soar higher than they ever thought possible. Please give my students that chance to soar to great heights!
