Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our project, Knowledgable Needs, is a much-needed donation for several communities in our school. These items will help students who struggle with learning on an empty stomach, our track team, students applying to college, and our special needs students. The snacks will be provided to anyone who needs them, especially when they come to my office seeking college help during lunch. Personally, my students often get confused and the decorations and organization tools such as the label maker will help make things easier and better for everyone. Not to mention I constantly hear my students complain about being hungry and how the lunches are not appetizing. Students will benefit from an oil diffuser in our classroom it provides a soothing, relaxed, refreshing scent that also helps calm the mind so that our students can focus and reach their full potential. As memories are key to our student population, we attempt to catch all the memories in polaroid pictures as since they can be displayed for everyone. So my ultimate goal is to improve the comfort of the students I help.
