This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love the interest my students have shown in arts and crafts. It makes them special because it allows them to express themselves and be creative. These materials will make a difference in their learning by allowing them the opportunity to learn how to knit and crochet. It will allow them the experience to learn how to read patterns and stitches.

Our school site provides students with twenty-four, extra-curricular activities, many of which allow them to learn a craft or two.

These materials will provide them the beginner experience to develop their love for crafts.
