Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My Culinary class is curretnly working with many outdated items and many items need to be replaced due to their wear and tear. These items will give us more options in the kitchen as we are very limited on what we can and connot cook.

My goal for this project is to provide each kitchen group with a set of new items to stock their individual kitchens.

These items will be seperated per group and give them the tools to create more dishes that we have not been able to try.

Students in this class are learning how to make dishes that they can make on their own at home or in the future as they become young adults. The most important thing for me in this class is that they learn to enoy cooking.
