Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want my students to be wonderful citizens of the world. I want them to know that they can make the world and their community a better place. I am requesting snacks, like cookies and drinks for a "Kindness Kart" that my scholars will be in charge of. Not only will my students learn kindness, but I will also add money management as well. My students will have the important job of bringing kindness, smiles, and love to our school by bringing goodies, snacks, treats, drinks to staff members and students for world kindness day.

This will truly be an amazing initiative.

Students will be provided with ownership of their own cart, while learning about and showing kindness to one another. The fridge will be used to store our materials to keep them fresh!

While delivering goodies, my scholars will also be learning about the importance of holidays around the world and tying it into empathy and kindness. They will learn to show kindness to each other while decorating our school lobby.
