My Students

Do you remember learning to read? I love hearing the words "I can really read!" My kindergartners are eager to read and are very excited about the process of learning.

I teach Kindergarten at a high poverty school in a small community.

The children are very eager to learn and are extremely eager to please. They love learning new things and reading books. Many of the books we have in the classroom are not on their level since they are all learning and growing at different rates. The King Series will help solve this problem.

My Project

I am requesting many books from the King Series Collections. With these books my students will be able to read them in small groups, as well as take them home to read to their parents. Many of the children do not have the opportunity to go to the library outside of school or they may not have books at home that are age appropriate. With the King Series, the children will be able to read the books at school as well as take them home to practice reading.

With your kind donation you will be helping change the lives of many sweet and caring kids.

Many of these children are not given the opportunity to read at home, but with your help they will be able to. Thank you for helping make this possible.
