My Students

My students are full of personality and each one of the possess a different quality that makes them so special! They love singing and dancing to learn new things. My students get excited about all things new because they just genuinely love to learn.

It is so important that teachers take the time out to mold their students into independent learners.

Children automatically feel so much more pride when they take ownership and have responsibility in the tasks they have completed independently.

We have a small classroom but that doesn’t stop us from using every inch of our space to move around and explore all of our learning tools and play items. Every day we start off the day with a new topic of conversation to help get to know each other better because that’s what’s most important.

My Project

Tablets are a popular tool in our society and some may not agree with them being in the classroom as well when in truth there are so many apps that help our children grow.

If my students are able to have access to technology I could enhance their center time and give them the support they need while maintaining independence!

My students will be able to use the four Amazon Fire Tablets for all subject areas but my main goal is to use them to help support my students in reading. Which means giving them the opportunity to learn on apps that will make them feel they are in school playing games. I mean, who wouldn’t think that is super cool.
