This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Let me tell you about my kindergarteners. They enjoy learning letters and sounds, and for that, they need primary notebooks because they will draw a lot and only write CVC words for now. They are great artists who add details to their drawings while using their age-appropriate pencils. They will also learn or practice their cutting skills, which will help them with their eye-hand coordination.

My kindergarteners enjoy school and show interest, curiosity, effort, and collaboration to learn and teach one another.

They are always excited about school despite their financial difficulties. These scholars are hard workers, always motivated to learn, and happy to be in school. Helping us with these basic supplies, including plastic folders, scissors, and pencil grippers will give peace of mind to the families that can’t afford any materials. Also, quality school supplies will help my students learn art, science, social studies, social-emotional skills, and other subject areas all year around.
