Kindergarten is an awesome grade to teach! The students are like sponges coming into school in September. Their eagerness to learn is contagious. The students make me strive to be better all year long!
Writing is very hard for kindergarten students.
The primary composition notebooks are a great tool to help them overcome their fear of writing. The students draw their stories and then the sentence writing follows.
I use these composition notebooks during small group instruction. The students love their books and feel special because each student has their own!
