My Project

Building a kindergarten classroom from scratch is proving to be no easy feat! For most of my students, this will be their very first experience with school and being in a classroom environment- away from their families! Starting school can be a lot for 5 and 6-year-olds to take on, so I hope to create a fun and welcoming room they love to come to each day!

I'm hoping to collect a variety of materials (pencil boxes, notebooks, a pencil sharpener, etc.) to start my room off right and build upon it each following year.

Reading and math form a good portion of my project as these areas are the foundation for learning success. I would be so appreciative of any donations and donors can be confident that they are making a huge impact in such young children's first learning experiences!
