My Students

Hello everyone, My students are a joyful, energetic, and curious bunch of bees that are eager to learn and explore. They demonstrate curiosity as learners through their engagement and participation during our virtual morning using the online Reading and Math program that is provided. In our classroom, we work on many different things like social-emotional development, phonics, mathematics, and reading. Over this school year, our classroom became a community where my students feel comfortable and safe to express themselves, their interests, and ideas.

The majority of my students come from low socioeconomic families and don't have many resources available to them outside of the school setting.

For me as an educator it is essential and my goal to provide my students with various manipulatives, books, and materials that will allow them to continue to express themselves freely within the home setting. Providing my students with the necessary supplies and materials will allow them to learn.

In our school, we have two pre-k classrooms and two 3-K classrooms. Currently, I teach students in the pre-k class who are fully learning remotely. All the teachers and I collaborate closely together in creating the best learning space we can for our students.

My Project

With the help of your donations for these workbooks, it will allow my students to improve their pre-k skills as well as, allow them to become kindergarten ready.

My students are a curious and energized bunch of scholars.

Most of the families in my school community come from low socioeconomic households and can't provide students with the resources and supplies needed to learn from home. In addition, most families do not have access to a printer making it hard for students to complete assignments.

With the help of these workbooks it will allow my students to grow academically and prepare for the next grade level, Kindergarten. The workbooks will target students in mastering new skills and reviewing skills already learned. Lastly, students will grow in various subject areas like language arts and mathematics.
