My Students

I teach 23 kindergarten kiddos from the Nashville area! I teach at a Title I school, meaning the more then 50% of our students are in the low socioeconomic status. My school is a melting pot of students, and we house a large percentage of ELL students as well as students with special needs. Our school is so lucky to service so many different students, but it becomes challenging to meet all their needs. I have the unique opportunity to teach Kindergarten virtually this year! I have a wonderful group of kiddos, however, I would love to purchase a monitor to be able to see the learners on a bigger screen as well as some digital activities from Teachers Pay Teachers!

My Project

My learners will benefit from the purchase of a monitor because as of right now I have trouble seeing all the learners. Therefore, seeing their work is tremendously difficult. Having a big monitor will allow me to display on one computer and view the monitor to see the kids participation in the activity.

The monitor will enable my learners success in daily activities.

I have many activities that the learners need to share their work with me, the monitor will prove to be beneficial in showing their participation.

The ring light will allow the learners to see the activities (and their teacher) in better light! Many times my current light casts shadows on the work, making it extremely difficult for me to model various activities.
