Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All of these items will be used by a kindergartener every single day whether it being during recess, in the classroom, or during snack time. They will enjoy every part of these items by playing with them outside during our recess time, using different materials during our centers, and having a yummy snack towards the end of our learning day.

My Goal for this project is to have enough materials so that my students love coming to school every day and come excited to learn!

We are only 5 and 6 years old which means they love their recess time and having recess equipment. This will also help us take our giggles out and come back into the classroom ready to learn which could make a big difference in our learning.

We also have a very long school day and a very early lunchtime. At the end of our last recess many of us are hungry for a snack, this snack helps us make it to the end of the school day ready to go home.

My students are special because we are all different in many ways, we come from different places, but we all come to school and learn! Being in kindergarten it is important to help these young students learn how to love school which will make a huge difference in their future learning.
