Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The materials and supplies that I am requesting will assist my kindergarten students in being prepared daily to learn! The charging station will support students to ensure their Chromebooks are charged and ready so they are able to quickly get to work and reduce the amount of interruptions. Our Chromebook’s allow us to practice various standards we are learning such as: identifying letters, blending sounds, and practicing sight words.

The supplies I am requesting will go directly to my students to support our classroom community.

The markers will help my students be able to use our reusable worksheets to aid in all the standards we are learning, especially writing! Students are able to participate in making anchor charts with the teacher and independently with the post it easel charts. Students utilize the anchor charts we have made to strengthen their learning and allow them to work more independently on things such as rhymes, cvc words, and numbers! All by utilizing our anchor charts around the room. The test dividers allow students a focused work space and minimizes distractions to help them be successful!
