Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom has been using the current rug for the past three years. Even though it has been cleaned, it has tears on the corners. It will be a great deal to have a new and colorful rug.

The rug represents an important tool, since our morning meetings and mini-lessons take place right there.

The students will be extremely happy to get a new rug!

Sitting and listening to read-alouds will be more pleasant.

This rug, specifically, has the alphabet. This allows the students to have a sitting spot. One letter for each!
