Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My kindergarten class is the most loving, caring and considerate group of students! We recently have been learning about the benefits of healthy eating and how to be our healthiest selves. Their willingness to try new things is unmatched! We tried kale, spinach and cauliflower!

I was so proud of my kindergarten class when they decided to stop bringing in candy and juice for snack and try a healthier option.

This donation of healthy snacks such as fruit bars, granola, popcorn and dried fruit will help get them started on their healthy snack journey!
