This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our Montessori students love to work in a flexible seating environment. Due to COVID our classroom rugs were removed and disposed. Our students would enjoy having a place to work outside of a standard desk. In our Montessori school we rely on a lot of free movement around the classroom. It will be a great addition to our teacher lead reading aloud time as well as a free reading area for choice time. The Kindergarten students will enjoy the cleanliness and comfort of a new classroom carpet for years to come.
