This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
Kindergarten ROCKS in our classroom, we work hard and we play hard. I have a great class of early learners who are eager and ready to continue building their academic foundation. Some of their interests are archaeology, veterinarian medicine, engineers and community helpers like teachers and police officers. Those are some big future plans for such little people.
My students enjoy hands on learning experiences, they love to be creative and use their skills to show others what they have worked so hard to learn.
My Project
To get ahead in our 21st Century Tech Savvy world, students need access to updated technology that WORKS. With the addition of these Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite Kids 7"; 8 GB Wifi Tablet tablets, my students will be able to access reading and math websites as well as apps that can help support and enrich instruction during academic center rotations.
Having access to the updated and fast moving technologies these tablets will provide, gives students access to games and websites that provide additional educational opportunities.
Students can begin to build a better understanding of academics as well as how technology works. Skills which are essential as they grow and move through their academic careers.
