Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Due to the pandemic, my students are struggling with identifying and regulating their emotions. Additionally, they are suffering from learning loss and need a lot of support academically. With these tools, they will be able to learn about the different emotions, in a fun way with a tool they love (play-doh), as well as use the cubes to choose an activity that will help them with coping with their feelings! Additionally, the manipulatives will help them with sharing and working collaboartively with their peers!

The literacy resources will help me with small groups, as well as for them to use in partnerships during centers.
