This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
My high school students are kids with disabilities, who have unlimited potential. These specific rhythm instruments will help them routinely learn some of the basic rhythm patterns in music. Such instruments will foster their ability to stay present, and have fun while playing along to different songs and music exercises in the classroom. My goal for this project is to encourage active participation among students.
My students are special because they remain resilient and dedicated learners regardless of their disabilities.
