My Students

I am a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district. My students are not limited by the challenges they face in and out of the classroom.

My students are an amazing group of third graders who are eager to learn and explore.

They are living a growth-mindset philosophy, embracing the new learning experiences and challenges and are ready to stretch and grow their brain muscles. Children are like sponges, ready to soak up everything. It is my pleasure and duty to help shape their precious minds to love learning and be successful.

My Project

We are back in school!! The students and I are both excited to be able to see one another and learn in person. Every student enjoys recess but with no playground, not sharing items, and keeping a distance can make things boring.

Sidewalk chalk makes everything more fun and interesting!

Please help me provide students with their own personal tub of sidewalk chalk. Students will be able to use the stencils to share their creativity by decorating the sidewalk, blacktop, and pavement. Working along side their classmates, talking, and enjoying recess.
