My Project

It is that time of year! The school year is winding down and we are getting reading for summer. With summer comes the inevitable summer slide. As an elementary librarian, I do my best to help students avoid this happening.

When students get hooked on a new series, they devour all the books until they have reached the end of it!

My students get so excited when there are new books to read. Adding new books of different series may spark excitement for them to hopefully read the rest of the series while they are on summer break!
