Keepsake Hearts From the Heart by Ese

Help me give my students in ESE and Pre-K foam shapes, tag board, key chains, magnets for hanging so they can experience process based printing and collage heart experiences to create keepsakes to be cherished.

My Project

I love that when my students see me in the hallway they call me Mrs. Art Teacher and say hello. They also ask what project they will be doing next and can't wait to come to art class. My students are special because they come from culturally diverse backgrounds and are eager to learn about the arts.

I make it my mission to choose art activities with bright colors that help bring happiness.

I also incorporate activities using social-emotional learning strategies which help bring calm, joy, and relaxation to my students. They are also enthusiastic learners.

I have requested foam shapes, tag board, key chains and magnets so my ESE and pre-k students can print and make beautiful collage hearts as keepsakes. The magnets can be reinforced to the back of the hearts to be displayed. The key chains can be looped through mini hearts to hang.

This is a wonderful project that will be modified to meet various needs to produce beautiful colorful outcomes of hearts which will be treasured.
