My Students

I am so lucky to teach a special education classroom full of unique individuals who are all loving and eager to learn. My students are in kindergarten through third grade, and each one of them has their own educational learning goals. I teach at a Title I school in a small east Texas town. Most of my students come from a high poverty area where resources are stretched thin. I am a member of ATPE, and I absolutely love ATPE!

My Project

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students are so that the games, lessons, and all the other things in our class will have a "home." In other words, I know exactly what I am going to use these for in my classroom! We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The plastic photo containers will hold mini-lessons that include fun active engaging games with learning! The organizational compartment will be placed on the shelf in the back of our classroom and will help the Writer's Workshop process run smoothly from day to day. It is so important for the students to know where everything is in our classroom and that is easily accessible to them.
