My Project
A Title I school, this does not stop my students from being energetic and outgoing. Many of them made the highest score in the school on their state exams. After a successful year of singing last year, my students came ready to sing more advance music for their festivals. As a result, they requested more cultural songs this school year. To support them in their efforts most cultural songs require a drum. The song Baba Yetu is an energetic cultural song that will teach them about rhythm, culture, and loving one another.
