Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The 7th and 8th grade students in our Montessori middle school program have been so strong to endure the all day mask rule, lunches in the classroom, and all of the changes (in person school, then at home, etc). I love the idea of being able to bring them if only some small feeling of security with these air purifiers. They deserve it.

My Project

We have asked for some canvases for the kids to do a fun art project at the end of this cycle. In addition, the containers will help with attractive organization of our art supplies. But most importantly, we have asked for three high quality air purifiers to put in each classroom to help filter out COVID germs (and any other harmful ones, while we're at it). Hopefully you are buying peace of mind for the kids, teachers, and parents!

Although we have been able to do online teaching as well as can be expected, we know it is not the same as having everyone together.

We greatly appreciate your generosity.
