My Students
Hello everyone! My students are a bright bunch of students who love school. My students are creative, energetic, and enjoy learning. They are special needs students and they come from low income homes barely getting by on “Making whatever do!” My students are kindergarteners who if taught the skills needed for the real world, will be successful at it in a few years. These students come to school with an empty slate so we must teach them and show them what it looks like to be organized. Help me give my students chair pocket to enable space in a Covid environment by keeping their materials organized and away from the clutter distractions. sensory play time back right in the classroom with these items. This will also boost their academic skills because now I can reward with incentives for having the best kept organized space for learning.
My Project
My students are special needs and will need help staying organized, with less distractions to enable learning and success. They be able to learn without the clutter at their desks because the chair buddy will be holding their materials behind them, and they will have all their supplies readily available in an organized manner. They will also store their materials and take home only what is needed. Too often students keep their materials at home and when asked for it, they don't know where it is. Parents put them away and it is not reachable.
