My Students

My students are kindergarten-second grade students (5-8 years-old) in a special education classroom in New York. All of my students have very specific learning and emotional needs which requires additional support in school. They are enthusiastic, silly, loving, and challenging.

My Project

Dial soap is having a promotion to help schools stay clean and safe through Donor's Choose all donations to this project will be doubled. Working with young children they often touch their face, mouth, and noses and need to wash their hands several times a day. With the provided soap we can make sure to continue using regular hand washing policies. Paper towels are also important since the school relies on donations and teachers to purchase any paper towels for classroom use.

I am also hoping for a broom to help keep our classroom clean and help teacher the students responsibility for their space.

Lastly, some high value incentives to use as prizes will help to keep the students motivated to work hard and try their best.
