Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students who attend our school garden club are hard at work tending to our garden. Last week, one of our 6th-grade students asked if we could install water misters in the garden to help keep everyone cool while working. I thought that was a fantastic idea so I thought I would write a project for them.

What makes this project special is that all of this was requested straight from our garden club students.

They are hoping to stay cool with the Misting Fan and Misters for Outside Patio, and Outdoor Water Misting Cooling System. The additional Raised Garden Bed, Mobile Elevated Wooden Planter Box with Wheels that are much taller than our current box will also help keep our students cool.

Ultimately, this will help us stay in the garden longer on those hot days we anticipate having at the end of May.
