My school is home to a very diverse group of students; in fact, it is the most diverse elementary school in my district. We are also a Title I school. This means the majority of our students receive free or reduced-price lunch. Since the population of students in poverty is so large at my school, my students may not have the experiences other children may have. I want my kids to have the same opportunities and resources that any other student would have.
My Project
In a classroom there are lots of germs floating around. I want my students to stay healthy and I need several items that will do just that. With the disinfecting wipes, I can wipe down student desks and chairs to get rid of germs. The spray will be used to sanitize the air on a daily basis and the tissues will be used for runny noses. The air purifier will be used to help our classroom air be as clean as possible.
Students need to be at school each day in order to learn and grow.
While I cannot control germs exposure outside my classroom, by keeping germs at bay in my classroom, students are less likely to get sick and miss school. I hope you will consider donating to my project.
