This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to play! You name it. They’ll play it! Badminton, soccer, tag, and everything in between. They love having functional equipment too. However, we lack equipment for them to use. During lunch, I see them playing with a few soccer balls and footballs that they have brought from home. That scene is very discouraging. This is the purpose of this project - to get them moving in the right way. I believe getting these kids physically active also greatly contributes to their social and mental well-being.

We will learn to play frisbee, baseball, and basketball correctly.

Time to give my 7th and 8th graders the best school experience.
