Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Distance learning is so different from regular school. I miss communicating and seeing my students on a daily basis. During this time of remote learning, access to high-quality devices is very important. Having up-to date technology is a necessary 21st-century teaching skill, especially during this pandemic. Having this powerful tool will enhance my teaching as well as enhance my students' learning. My students are participating continuously in remote learning, and this will help with their Spanish instruction at the high school level.

My Project

The hand sanitizers and cleaning supplies will keep my students safe and healthy in our Spanish classrooms. These are a much-needed commodity to have in a classroom! The hand sanitizer will keep my students' hands clean. The disinfectant wipes will keep our desks, frequently touched areas, and doorknobs clean. The masks will keep everyone safe inside and outside of the building.

It is important, especially during this pandemic, to teach the importance of keeping themselves clean and healthy by cleaning their hands and their work environment.

These supplies will be an asset in our classroom. These supplies will definitely keep my students happy, clean and healthy from germs.
