Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As the winter season approaches, it often reveals the diverse needs of students. Some of the things we expect students to have, many go without. The weather changes create unique opportunity for viruses and other germs to spread throughout the classroom. This should not interfere with a student's ability to learn in school. Thus, it does.

Children have difficulty in school, when they are cold, unsafe and hungry.

This is why it is incumbent upon families, educators and the community that all of our student's basic needs are met, so that they can have a healthy and productive learning experience.
