Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We are a small K–8 school. We have a very hardworking staff that is dedicated to helping our students reach their potential academically. We provide a rigorous academic to help better prepare our students for their future academic careers in high school and college. We are very lucky to have students who are very dedicated to their school work. They are willing to be challenged, and to learn from each other. Besides the academic side, they are also very talented and great athletes

My Project

Our classroom printer is no longer working. Students are not able to print out their assignments, worksheets, reports, or research papers. Funding out classroom printer will allow our students to be able to print out any type of assignment for their classes.

Many students have come either before class, during lunch, and after school looking for a printer that is working to print to, and I have had to turn them away because our classroom does not have a functioning printer.

Many students do not have printers at home. The cost of paper and ink for printers can be costly for some families. The students rely on our classroom printer to print. Please help fund our project!

I have also included some math workbooks to use as a supplementary resources and we are always in need of glue sticks.
