Just Like Most Flowers, Kids Need a “STEM” to Grow
Help me give my students STEM materials to improve their skills in Math and Science. These materials will make it possible for more hands on learning in our classroom.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love hands-on materials and using their imagination. These materials, including air dry clay, Brain Flakes, interlocking building blocks, and more, will give my students so many opportunities to explore and learn. One way we will use these materials is in morning tubs. They will be able to build anything by using their imagination.
Please help my students grow a strong “STEM” by using STEM materials to increase their skills in Math and Science.
There are so many benefits to STEM education. It helps to foster ingenuity, creativity, communication, teamwork and problem solving skills. We will use these materials everyday.
