My Students

Do you remember when you were five and wanted to be an astronaut or zoologist? As a Kindergarten teacher, I want to foster a love of science, our world, and taking care of where we live and ourselves. You can help me do this!

I teach in a high poverty school where students come to school for a learning experience that will give them hope for their future and love for their life and abilities.

By funding this project, you will give my students opportunities to learn and understand things around them. We need more Scientific minded students and we should start instilling this wisdom and love for scientific information at a young age. We have a great opportunity to really impact lives. When you help provide these additional tools, it will provide a greater understand of science and so much fun. Learning should be fun. Children should leave school excited and wanting to learn more. These materials can help increase excitement and knowledge and that is what learning is all about!

My Project

Students will learn magnetism, animal habitats, nutrition, seasons, anatomy, life cycles, recycling, plants, bugs,sea life, sink/float, color mixing and so much more! The learning opportunities will be endless and the lessons will last a life time. Thank you for literally planting seeds of greatness in our next generation. Through education we can teach children to love, understand, and care for our Earth and all things within it! These materials will be used by every member of our class and for many years to come.
